Independent Sales Representatives needed throughout the USA.    

Our company is growing and expanding nationwide.  We are in search of multiple Independent Sales Representatives to professionally represent AG Millworks products, acquire and service the local dealer base, call on architects, builders, and commercial accounts.  If your firm is well-versed and has expertise with high end door and window products, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Founded in 1986, AG Millworks – www.agmillworks.com - creates beautiful, hand-crafted custom bi-fold, multi-slide, lift & slide, and french swing doors patio doors as well as large custom entry door systems and custom windows.

Our sales representatives will be responsible for calling on, maintaining and training our dealers and their sales staff.  AG Millworks products are only available through our trained professional dealers so our sales representatives are to make day to day calls with dealers, architects and contractors to educate and promote our company and products, directing them back through our local dealer network.  We supply our key dealers with full size displays to promote and sell our products which need to be maintained and attended to for literature and signage by our representatives.  

Our number one product is customer service and we are second to none.   However, service calls are required from time to time when there are product or install issues in the field.  We rely on our highly-trained representatives to evaluate issues with the dealer to resolve issues quickly.  

While we do provide as many leads as possible our sales representatives are required to cold call potential clients to familiar, promote and educate them on our company and products to grow and secure future business.  

AG Millworks offers a very competitive commission structure with no cap, paid monthly.
